1. Ticket Purchase Policy

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel disruptions, or other personal reasons.

• Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you encounter any issues during the checkout process, contact us immediately at ritzcollectivehk@gmail.com.

2. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation

• In the unlikely event that a performance is rescheduled or canceled, Ritz Collective will notify all ticket holders via the email address provided at the time of purchase. For rescheduled events, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be provided for rescheduled events.

• In the case of a canceled event with no rescheduled date, Ritz Collective may offer credit for future performances at its sole discretion.

3. Admission and Event Policies

• All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry. Tickets may be electronic or printed.

• Late arrivals may be denied entry or seated at an appropriate time determined by management to avoid disrupting the performance.

• Ritz Collective reserves the right to deny admission to anyone who violates venue policies, behaves inappropriately, or poses a safety risk.

4. Use of Personal Information

• By purchasing tickets, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (e.g., name, email address) for the purposes of processing your order and communicating event-related updates.

• Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to complete your transaction.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Ritz Collective and its affiliates will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during or in connection with the event, except where such liability is required by law.

• We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services, such as payment gateways or venue management, that may affect your experience.
