For rescheduled events, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be provided for rescheduled events.

  • In the case of a canceled event with no rescheduled date, Ritz Collective may offer credit for future performances at its sole discretion.

  • All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry. Tickets may be electronic or printed.

  • Late arrivals may be denied entry or seated at an appropriate time determined by management to avoid disrupting the performance.
